- Group HomeToday 12/7/09 I was just informed of a Group Home on the westside of River Park. They accidentally knocked on my door. From my understanding we as residence are supposed to be informed of these things BEFORE they happen. Who dropped the ball AGAIN?
- Pool TagsWhy do we have to pay $20 for our pool tags if we miss distribution day? Riverpark West doesn't and they use Crest.

Saturday, May 9th, 2009 11 AM to 2 PM at the Recreation Center
Crest Management will be on hand from 11 AM to 2 PM during the Splash Day Jamboree to distribute pool tags to residents in good standing. If you can't make it to the Jamboree, you can receive your tags by mail at no charge.

What will happen to the young trees along Indigo River? Will the sidewalk go around them, or will the trees be moved? These trees were just planted a few years ago, which was a very nice addition to the neighborhood.
- How to get pool tagHello, can someone please let me know how to get the pool tag after I have already missed the collection day. I did receive a form in mail but i have misplaced it as well. Where can I get this form from now?

Sarwat Hasan - pool tag policyThe pool tag policy needs to change.
If a family misses the days the tags are distributed for whatever reason their should be some options for the paying, up to date dues members. This should not be a revenue generator for the management company.
Option 1: Send $20.00 to the management company and tags will be mail to your residents.
Option2: Pick up your tags at the management company at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE to the residents that paid their HOA dues on time. Times are hard and we DO NOT need to burden the residents of RP with additional fees that do not go back into the community, but are used for ADMINISTRATION purposes. We already pay the management company annually to handle the business affairs of our community.
This should be the policy for 2010 moving forward.
June 12th 2009 - Pool TagesFYI...I just contacted Crest Management and they stated in order to get your pooltags if you missed the pickup at the clubhouse, it is $20 regardless if you want them to mail it or if you go pick it up in person. However, Riverpark West has no fee! I am so unhappy about this fee! I think it is rediculous! We already pay over $700 in fees per year (and for what I have yet to discover) and now this! I see it is time for me to put the house on the market! We need a new management company that really cares about its clients instead of trying to nickle and dime them. I agree with the last person that said this money is just to go in their 'lunch money stash'! Wow.
- HelicoptersWe are having an issue on the Westside of our subdivision with the Helicopters flying over us at all times of the day & night.This was supposed to resolved awhile ago but it seems it has come back. I was told they were stick to flying over the Grandpkwy or 59. Could someone look into this or send me a contact person at the Memorial Hospital that I may speak with them on this matter. Thank you
